When using Revel and serVme, reservations made via serVme will automatically appear as orders in Revel. At the same time, if you already have information for this guest on serVme, the reservation details will be directly logged into their guest profile.

If it’s a new guest, a new guest profile will be generated in serVme and Revel with the guest’s details, such as their name, reservation date, notes,…etc.

In other words, everything will be available so your staff can provide a personalized service to your guests.

Once the guests arrive for their scheduled reservation, the server should change the status to ‘arrived’ on the serVme dashboard.

Dynamic Order and Check Updates 

Any changes in the Revel POS system will be automatically updated on serVme in real-time.

For example, if a check or order moves to another table on Revel, the information is reflected instantly on serVme.

Pre-payment management 

Many restaurants today collect deposits or reservation fees from guests ahead of the reservation date.

Using the Revel integration, you can now deduct the deposit or pre-payment amount through serVme.

Not only does this feature make it easier for you to collect deposits, but also ensures you have accurate, easy-to-go-through financial records.

Easy check reporting 

Once you close a check in Revel, serVme will automatically mark this reservation or meal as “left.”

Moreover, all of your guests’ billing information is logged into corresponding guest profiles and the serVme dashboard, allowing you to generate any financial reports you need with ease.

This feature also allows you to review the different menu items ordered and manage and analyze your menu reporting.
