By accessing and using data, venues can better understand their customers, deliver superior service, and create unique experiences. The platform integrates with key systems and aggregates real-time analytics to provide restaurateurs with greater insights to optimize operations and identifies guests’ habits and preferences. serVme’s focus is to measurably drive increased average spend and footfall, meanwhile reducing operational inefficiencies. Prior to launching serVme, Karl was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Dubai where he conducted various due diligence, restructuring, and growth strategy projects. Karl Also worked in the Transaction Advisory Team at Ernst & Young where he advised Middle East private equity and asset management funds. Karl’s background combines extensive consulting and strategy experience with deep transactional exposure in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Karl holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelors in Finance and Computer Science from Concordia University.
